You can input your handwriting image in the upload box or send it to us via email at hello@jewelrygenerations.com

Handwriting varies in size and style, so there's no strict word limit. We recommend around 4 words but if yours is longer, we’ll work with you to find the best fit! If you're unsure if it can be used, we can always take a look at your image beforehand as well.

We use the latest technology to extract your exact actual handwriting as provided. If needed, we’ll adjust the layout to keep it clear and readable on the jewelry.

A mock will always be shared with you for final approval before engraving.

The overall process usually takes a few weeks. Once your order is placed and we've receive your handwriting image, your Design Approval is sent within 2 business days. Once approved, production takes up to 5 business days before your jewelry is shipped with tracking.

If you need a piece for a special occasion, we recommend placing your order as early as possible or reaching out to see if we can accommodate a rush.
