When you order your keepsake jewelry, simply select ‘Yes’ to receive a free fingerprint kit. We’ll mail it within 24h and it will arrive at your door in 2–7 business days.

FAQ

With the purchase of any fingerprint jewelry, we will send you a free fingerprint kit within 24h. When ordering your piece, simply select 'yes' to receive your kit. The kit includes a disposable non toxic ink strip, a fingerprint order paper and an instruction sheet. Follow the instructions in the kit to capture the perfect prints.

If ink isn’t an option, you can also try the pencil lead and tape method using a pencil, clear tape and white paper :

Shade a dark patch on paper using the pencil.
Rub your fingertip on the shaded area until fully covered.
Press clear tape onto your fingerprint.
Peel & Stick the tape onto a clean white paper.

Share your prints with us by email at hello@jewelrygenerations.com or contact us to start the engraving process. Once we receive your prints, production will be completed within 5 business days.

Don’t worry if your fingerprints aren’t perfect! All our fingerprints are edited to ensure they’ll engrave seamlessly. We’ll tidy them up, smoothing out smudges or broken lines, while staying true to the original design.

Of course! Simply share the image of your fingerprint and it will be our pleasure to engrave it.

The overall process usually takes a few weeks to about a month, depending on where you’re located, how quickly we receive your prints, design approval and your shipping times. Once your order is placed, your free fingerprint kit is mailed within 24 hours and typically delivered within 2–7 business days. After we receive your prints, your Design Approval is sent within 2 business days. Once approved, production takes up to 5 business days before your jewelry is shipped with tracking.
